1313.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, corporation, owner or agent who violates or causes others to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter and the Department of Public Service of the City, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 15-14. Passed 4-7- 14.)
