1313.18 ENFORCING AGENT.

It shall be the duty of the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator and his duly appointed assistants to enforce all the provisions of this chapter. If a condition exists or arises which is not specifically provided for herein, the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator shall prescribe the requirements necessary to make such work conform to the intent and purpose hereof so that, when installed, such electrical work shall be safe and not hazardous to person or property.
