1313.13 REGISTRATION NOT TRANSFERABLE .

   No registration issued under the authority of this chapter shall be transferable, and if the registrant ceases to be a member of the firm or corporation to which the registration is granted or ceases to be an officer of the firm or corporation to which the registration is granted, then the electrical contractor's registration shall be revoked. Should any electrical contractor's registration be revoked for the above cause then the registrant shall be entitled to a refund of a prorated amount of the registration fee for the remainder of the calendar year, but nothing herein contained shall be construed to mean that there shall be any refund of any registration fee or any part thereof when the registration is revoked for any cause other than specifically set forth in this section.
