1311.99 PENALTY.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense, and not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the second offense. Upon violation for the second time, the registration of such person, firm or corporation shall not be granted for the period of three months from the date of conviction. If such person, firm or corporation shall, after again being granted a registration, violate these rules and regulations, he shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and at such time the registration of each person, firm or corporation shall be revoked for the period of one year from the date of conviction.
