1311.16 LIMITED JOURNEYMAN'S REGISTRATION.

   (a)    The City shall issue a Limited Journeyman's Registration without examination to any Journeyman employed by a contractor engaged in a project funded by State or Federal grants or loans. and which project is outside the City's inspection jurisdiction provided that the following criteria are met:

      (1)    The Journeyman shall pay the appropriate registration fee.

      (2)   The Journeyman shall hold a valid registration which is currently in effect and which was issued by a recognized licensing agency whose training and testing and examination program is comparable to that of the City of Dover as determined by the Board of Plumbing Examiners. For purposes of this section, the Journeyman shall provide sufficient information with his application or upon request to meet the requirements established herein.

      (3)    The contractor for whom the Journeyman is employed has obtained a registration from the City.

   (b)    The registration issued shall terminate upon the completion of the project for which the registration was granted. (Ord. 15-14. Passed 4-7-14.)
