1301.03 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)    Wherever the word "Municipality" is used in the National Building Code, it means the City of Dover.

   (b)    Wherever the term "corporation council" is used in the National Building Code, it means the Law Director of the City of Dover.

   (c)    Wherever the term "Building Official" is used in the National Building Code, it means the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator of the City of Dover or his authorized representative.

   (d)    Wherever the term "Board of Appeals" is used in the National Building Code, it means the Board of Zoning and Housing Appeals as set forth in Section 1327.16 hereof.
