1301.01 ADOPTION.

   Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 4101:8 Board of Building Standards: Residential Code of Ohio as it exists and as amended in the future is adopted as the standard that will be applied by the city of Dover. The link for those standards is http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/4101%3A8 and shall be used for Dover residential standards and enforcement. The Ohio Building Code (OBC) as adopted and as amended in the future and presently found in chapter 35 of the OBC is adopted as the electrical code of the city of Dover and OBC chapter 29 as adopted and amended in the future is adopted as the plumbing code of the city of Dover.
