1121.48 MORE RESTRICTIVE.

"More restrictive" means in reference to a nonconforming use, the changing of a use to more nearly conform to the permitted use, thus increasing the requirements such as side yards, etc., or generally increasing the compatibility of a nonconforming use to the requirements of the district in which it is located.
