1105.13 IMPROVEMENTS.

"Improvements" mean street improvements, with or without curb or gutter, sidewalks, crosswalks, water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, street trees and other appropriate items. (Ord. 45-67. Passed 8-7-67.)
