1105.04 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

   "Comprehensive plan" means the master plan (which may consist of several maps, data, etc.) or any portion thereof, made and adopted by the City Planning Commission or by the County Planning Commission, and which shows the general location and extent of physical facilities, including major streets and main thoroughfares, parks, schools, other public open spaces and public building sites.
