955.01 RENTAL CHARGES.

(a) The Director of Public Service, subject to the approval of the Building Committee of Council and Council, is authorized to fix rates and charges for the rental of Memorial Hall, and the Department of Public Service shall cause the rates to be printed or mimeographed and provide a rental schedule.

(b) The Senior Citizens of Tuscarawas County, who are now meeting in the Memorial Hall, are granted the right to use the activity room free of charge for twenty-six meetings per year.
