953.02 DUTIES; RULES AND REGULATIONS.

   The duties of the Cemetery Board shall be to adopt rules and regulations as to the operations of the cemeteries. Such rules and regulations that are now in effect shall continue. However, each and every change therein shall be done by regular meeting after a notice has been given thereof by publication in the newspaper at least twice in ten days. Such change shall not be effective until after thirty days have elapsed from the first notice. All persons shall have the right to protest the proposed change at a regular meeting prior to the effective date of such change. (Ord. 2282. Passed 12-7-59.)
