951.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A minimum fine of at least five dollars $5.00) is mandatory under this section.

   (b)    Whoever violates the provisions of Section 951.06 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A minimum fine of five dollars ($5.00) is mandatory for the first offense; and a minimum fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is mandatory for the subsequent offense thereto.
