951.12 NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY.

   In respecting the basic and fundamental rights of all persons, regardless of gender, to equal access to public facilities, the City of Dover does hereby adopt a policy against discrimination; and affirms its intention to equally accommodate all persons with equal access to Park facilities without regard to gender.
