951.08 COMMISSION MEMBERS; TERM OF OFFICE.

   The term of the four persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be for three years, except that the term of two of the members appointed to the first Commission shall be only one and two years respectively and two of the members shall be for three years. The first Commission shall be composed of four members, two of which will serve for three years, one of which will serve for two years and one of which will serve for one year; and thereafter they will all be terms of three years, which in one year there will be two replacements every third year. In the event that a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed for the unexpired portion of such term, subject to approval of Council. (Ord. 66-83.
