951.04 LITTERING PROHIBITED.

No person shall litter the grounds with trash, rubbish or garbage of any kind in the Dover City Park. Every person shall dispose of any trash, rubbish, refuse or garbage created by such person by placing the same in the containers provided. (Ord. 2012. Passed 8-1-55.)
