935.09 RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT.

Internet service shall not be provided by the City to any entity or individual, unless written application is made in advance therefor, and signed by the individual in the case of a person, or by a duly authorized agent or employee in the case of a firm, corporation, limited liability company, or partnership. The responsibility for payment of all internet service bills shall be with the individual whose name appears on the application for such internet service.
