935.07 OWNER TO MAINTAIN PRIVATE LINES AND HARDWARE.

   Unless otherwise provided by ordinance or contract, every owner or occupant of lands, lots, buildings, or premises served by or connected to the Municipal Telecommunications System of the City, must maintain and keep in a state of good repair all private lines and hardware upon his property or over which he has control.
