935.04 IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES; CONTRACT FOR SERVICES.

   (a)   The City Director of Telecommunications shall implement a Network Access Policy Statement, and an Internet Acceptable Use Policy, that shall be provided to all internet service customers of the City at the time of entering into a contract for the provision of such services. The provisions thereof shall be binding upon all such customers.

   (b)   Any customer desiring to contract with the City for the provision of internet services shall first enter into an Agreement with the City in a form prepared by the City Director of Telecommunications and approved by the Law Director. Said Agreement shall conform to the provisions of this chapter. Any charges for or relating to the provisions of internet services not specified in this chapter shall be established by the Telecommunications Director.

   (c)   Any customer desiring to contract with the City for the provision of internet services shall first enter into an Internet Service Right of Entry Agreement with the City in a form prepared by the City Director of Telecommunications and approved by the Law Director. Said Agreement shall conform to the provisions of this chapter.
