935.01 INTERNET FOR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

The City Director of Telecommunications is hereby authorized to make available internet service as part of the service provided to commercial customers of the electric utility of the City of Dover. Such internet service shall be provided and made available subject to the conditions and charges set forth in this chapter.
