931.04 DISPOSITION OF MONEY COLLECTED.

   All moneys collected by a designated agent shall be paid over daily to the Utility Department and complete settlement made each day. In addition to the electric bill fees collected, the designated agent may collect a transaction fee provided that such fee is approved by Council prior to the transaction fee being assessed the customer. Any increase in such fees shall also be presented to Council for approval thirty days prior to enactment of such increase. (Ord. 50-84. Passed 9-17-84.)
