931.03 APPLICATION.

Any corporation desiring to collect electric bills for the City shall file an application with the Clerk of Council. The application shall be in writing signifying that the applicant wishes to be designated as an agent for the purpose of collecting electric bills. The application shall then be read to Council at its regular meeting and accepted or rejected by Council within thirty days thereafter. Failure to take any action shall be deemed as a rejection.
