927.29 HOME SEWER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Council hereby approves the requirements of a minimum of 40,000 square feet of lot for a single family dwelling and 60,000 square feet of lot size for a duplex before said property can have a home sewage system.

(b) The above requirement shall apply within the three mile radius of the City corporation limit as required by the City and the Tuscarawas County health requirements. (Ord. 88-94. Passed 1-16-95.)
