927.23 OPERATING EXPENSE OF PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.

The owner shall operate and maintain the private sewage disposal facilities in a sanitary manner and in accordance with all Ohio EPA and Ohio Department of Health requirements at all times and at no expense to the City. (Ord. 3-86. Passed 3-17-86.)
