927.22 ANNUAL NOTIFICATION.

At the beginning of each year an annual notification shall be given to each user, in conjunction with a regular bill, of the rates which are in effect, and the portions of the rates which are attributable to personnel, utilities, chemicals, maintenance, equipment replacement, debt service and other costs. (Ord. 3-86. Passed 3-17-86.)
