927.20 CHARGES MADE A LIEN.
   (a)    Each sewer charge levied pursuant to this chapter is hereby made a lien upon the premises charged therewith, and if the same is not paid within thirty days after it is due and payable, it shall be certified to the County Auditor, who shall place the same on the tax duplicate, with the interest and penalties allowed by law, and be collected as other Municipal taxes are collected.
   (b)    The City shall also have the right, in the event of nonpayment, to discontinue service to the premises of water supplied by the City water works system until the unpaid sewer charges have been fully paid. (Ord. 3-86. Passed 3-17-86.)
