927.16 CITY SEWER RATES.
(EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 23-92, passed May 18, 1992, the rates charged for the use and services of the sewerage system shall be increased ten percent (10%) per year for three years, 1992, 1993 and 1994.)
The following rates shall be applicable to all active connections with the sanitary sewer system.
(a) Residential water accounts on a flat-rate basis:
