927.08 REQUIRED USE OF SANITARY SEWERS.

The City requires all normal domestic sewage to be discharged to its public sanitary sewers when such sanitary sewers are accessible to the property and are within 200 feet of the building foundation walls of the building from which the normal domestic waste is being or will be discharged. (Ord. 3-86. Passed 3-17-86.)
