925.11 RIGHTS OF AGENT.

Any agent designated by Council shall continue as such collecting agent only during the pleasure of the Council of the City, and the agency may be terminated without notice by Council for any reason whatsoever and the collecting agent shall not be considered to have any vested interest or property right insofar as the City is concerned, and the agency shall not be assignable or passed as a property right. (Ord. 1577. Passed 1-25-43.)
