925.06 TIME OF SPRINKLING.

   Every person, firm or corporation served by or connected to the Municipal Water Works System may sprinkle or water grass, lawns, gardens, plants, foliage, trees or other objects by the use of a hand hose, sprinkler or any device, between May 1st and October 15th of each year.

   (a)   Restrictions:

      (1)   During a water emergency.

      (2)   During a drought situation.

      (3)   Any other situation deemed necessary by the administration.

   (b)   Restriction Levels:

      (1)   Voluntary conservation.

      (2)   Time restrictions.

      (3)   Total water sprinkling restrictions.
