   925.03 WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   (a)   The sale of City water to customers outside of the City corporation limits shall be permitted.
   (b)   All sales of City water made outside of the City corporation limits, for new and existing services, shall be at a rate of one and one-half times the rate of customers within the City corporation limits. (Ord. 14-97. Passed 3-17-97.)
