925.025 RATES; FIRE SPRINKLING SYSTEM; FIRE LINES.
The following rates for service lines installed for sprinkler systems or fire lines for fire protection connected off of City water lines shall be charged and collected from the property owner regardless of whether or not the water meter is in operation on the premises:
