   925.021 LAYING WATER MAINS.
   Water mains shall be laid at least ten feet horizontally from any sanitary sewer, storm sewer or sewer manhole.
   Water mains crossing storm or sanitary sewers shall have a separation of at least eighteen inches between the bottom of the water main and the top of the sewer.
