925.011 BILLINGS, PAYMENTS AND PENALTIES.

   All charges for water consumed from the Municipal Waterworks System shall be billed to the property owner monthly and shall be payable monthly. All final bills will be determined by the reading on the meter, not the remote. There shall be a service charge for turn-on for nonpayment of fifteen dollars ($15.00) and a service charge for turn-on after hours at twice the overtime rate for the workers involved assessed in applicable cases. A five percent (5%) penalty shall be assessed all customers who fail to pay their water and sewer bills within fifteen days after such bill becomes due. (Ord. 2-90. Passed 2-5-90.)
