923.15 DENIAL OF WATER LINE EXTENSIONS.

The City reserves the right to deny any water line extension request, if in the opinion of Council, the economic responsibilities of the City exceed the funds which the City has available for such extension. (Ord. 8-85. Passed 3-14-85.)
