923.07 DENIAL OF SEWER EXTENSION REQUESTS.

The City reserves the right to deny any sanitary sewer extension request, if in the opinion of Council the economic responsibilities of the City exceed the funds which the City has available for such extension. (Ord. 8-85. Passed 3-14-85.)
