921.01 UTILITIES FOR TENTATIVELY APPROVED ANNEXATIONS.

Temporary hook-ups or connections for City utilities, including water supply, sewage and sewage disposal service operated by the City, may be provided for building purposes and convenience of those persons temporarily residing in a territory for which an application has been approved by the County Commissioners for annexation to the City. In the event the application for annexation is refused, then such utilities shall be terminated not later than one week after such determination of refusal.
