905.06 REPLACEMENT TREES.

Any person or property owner granted permission to remove a tree from the City streets or properties for the purpose of construction shall replace the removed tree or trees according to the specifications of the Shade Tree Commission. The person or property owner shall bear the cost of replacing all trees removed. (Ord. 27-84. Passed 6-4-84.)
