905.01 SHADE TREE COMMISSION.

There is hereby created and established a Shade Tree Commission for the City, which Commission shall consist of the following nine members: the Director of Public Service, the City Engineer, the Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee of Council, the City Tree Manager, and five persons, citizens and residents of this City, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
