903.08 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT.

The adjacent lot owner or sidewalk contractor shall obtain a permit to install a new sidewalk before the sidewalk is constructed. The cost of the permit shall be five dollars ($5.00) and shall be obtained from the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator. This requirement does not apply to subdivision developers who are constructing such under other parts of these Ordinances. It does apply to lot owners or sidewalk contractors that are removing and replacing existing sidewalks.
