903.04 SIZE.

All sidewalks shall have a minimum thickness of four inches, except at alley approaches the thickness shall be eight inches and at drive approaches the thickness shall be six inches. The width of sidewalks shall match the width of adjacent sidewalks in the street. In new streets, that are not continuations of existing streets, sidewalks shall have a minimum width of four feet.
