903.03 MATERIALS.

   All sidewalks shall be constructed of concrete with a #8 limestone aggregate. The concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength at twenty-eight days equal to 4,000 pounds per square inch. Other materials for sidewalks, such as bituminous concrete (asphalt) are not permitted. Ingredients added to the concrete mixture to change its natural color are prohibited. (Ord. 24-91.
