903.01 PLACEMENT.

   Sidewalks shall be placed with the inside edge on the property line of the street and the lot, and sloped laterally towards the street. The sidewalks shall be constructed to the grades that have been established by the approved and/or accepted plans for individual streets, or shall be in accordance with the existing street grades and the accepted typical street cross section where no approved and/or accepted plan exists. Survey stakes for placement of sidewalks shall be provided by the City at the request of the adjacent lot owner; except, in new subdivisions survey stakes shall be provided by the subdivision developer.
