902.06 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT.

The adjacent lot owner or curb contractor shall obtain a permit to install a new curb before the curb is constructed. The cost of the permit shall be five dollars ($5.00) and shall be obtained from the Building and Zoning Codes Administrator. This requirement does not apply to subdivision developers who are constructing such under other parts of these Ordinances. It does apply to lot owners or curb contractors that are removing and replacing existing curbs.
