902.05 DOWNSPOUTS.

Provisions shall be made in all new curbs to accept the storm drainage from downspouts by installing a short section of standard downspout pipe having a nominal size of three inches by four inches. The section of downspout pipe shall be installed in the curbs so that its height is three inches and shall be installed when the curb is constructed. Cutting of the curbs for installation of storm drainage pipes after the curb has been constructed shall be prohibited. (Ord. 25-91. Passed 5-6-91.)
