902.03 MATERIALS.

All curbs shall be constructed of concrete with a #8 limestone aggregate. The concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of twenty-eight days equal to 4,000 pounds per square inch. Other materials for curbs, as bituminous concrete (asphalt) or wood are not permitted.
