902.01 PLACEMENT.

   Curbs shall be placed with the face of the curb at the edge of the designated pavement width of the streets. The curbs shall be constructed to the grades that have been established by the approved and/or accepted plans for individual streets, or shall be in accordance with the existing street grades and the accepted typical streets cross section where no approved and/or accepted plan exists. Survey stakes for placement of curbs shall be provided by the City at the request of the adjacent lot owner; except in new subdivisions survey stakes shall be provided by the subdivision developer.
