901.05 FEES ON PETITION TO VACATE.

   Any person requesting the vacation, narrowing or abandonment of any street, alley, easement or other public property or parts thereof, shall first file a petition with the Clerk of Council setting forth a complete description of the property proposed to be vacated, narrowed or abandoned, together with an accurate map thereof and such other facts as required by State law or City ordinances, together with a fee in the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00), unless such petition is accompanied by a written consent as provided for in Ohio R.C. 723.06, in which event the fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) to cover all expenses incident thereto. Such fee shall be deposited and credited to the General Fund of the City, and shall constitute a complete fee for such proceedings. (Ord. 6-67. Passed 2-6-67.)
