901.031 ENTRANCE AND EXIT WAYS FROM COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USES.

All existing commercial and industrial uses seeking to add a new entrance and exit way, or change, alter and/or improve an existing entrance and exit way, to a public street or alley from such commercial or industrial use shall comply with Section 1109.021.
