755.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; SELLING UNLISTED GOODS PROHIBITED.

No person, firm or corporation shall offer for sale or sell any merchandise or articles not listed on the inventory filed in the office of the Mayor, as provided in Section 755.02 or hold any sale specified by this chapter without obtaining the license required herein. (Ord. 58-76. Passed 10-10-76.)
